At first glance, this picture looks ridiculously simple.
There’s a school bus.
It’s sitting on a road.
And all you have to do is answer one question:
Which direction is the bus traveling?
Left or right?
Easy, right?
Not so fast.
This seemingly simple optical puzzle has confused plenty of people because the answer isn’t hidden in the road, the wheels, or even the position of the bus.
Instead, you need to notice one tiny detail that many people completely overlook.

So if you’re looking at the bus from the side and the entrance isn’t visible, the bus must be facing toward the left.
In other words, the missing door gives away the direction.
